2000 bed workforce accommodation complex to support the construction of the Keeyask Dam Project, 160km north of Thompson, Manitoba. Full Turn-key Design-Build project on a greenfield site. Project encompassed installation of all site services including water treatment, and wastewater treatment plant, three story accommodations, kitchen, dining, recreation facilities including site built gymnasium, and offices.
