First Multi Family Modular Passive House in Canada

Director of Sales and Modular Project Lead during bid stage and thru negotiation stage with Britco LP.

Project:
Bella Bella Passive House for Vancouver Coastal Health was the first modular multi-family passive house to be constructed in Canada. With fly in and water access only, the building was turned over on time and on budget – exactly 7 months from contract award under a Stipulated Sum Subcontractor Agreement. A truly amazing feat for the first of its kind, in a challenging location.

The project also won Vancouver Regional Construction Association’s (VRCA) Judges Choice Award representing innovation in construction.
